The Spirit of Carolina Collection is a line of alcoholic beverages developed by Cape Fear Distillery in partnership with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC).
Cape Fear Distillery also describes the Spirit of Carolina Collection on its official website as a collection officially associated with UNC.
As of September 2026, the collection includes four products: rum, whiskey, vodka, and wine cream.
Each product features a name or design inspired by UNC, including Carolina Blue and the iconic Carolina argyle pattern.

In the Chapel Hill area, it is available through Orange County ABC Stores.

The collection is also available at Tipsy Toad Gallery in Elizabethtown and at Cape Fear Distillery on Bald Head Island.
