I am a UEFN creator, real-time systems engineer, and technology executive focused on building replayable Fortnite experiences with UEFN and Verse.
My latest project, Random Lava Parkour 300+, features more than 300 parkour challenges and a randomized course order, giving players a different experience on every run.

I received my B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from Keio University in 2008, 2010, and 2012. My academic career has included positions as a Research Fellow of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, a Visiting Scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Research Associate at Keio University, an Assistant Professor at the Advanced Institute of Industrial Technology, and a Project Lecturer at the University of Tokyo.
I have served as CTO of Guarantee Happiness LLC since 2020 and as Founder, CEO, and CTO of Japanese Tar Heel, Inc. since 2022.
My interests include UEFN and Verse development, replayable game design, real-time systems, and creator-driven interactive experiences.
