October 15, 2021: Blue 60-45 White (Wins and Losses Do Not Count)
Late Night was not held in COVID-19 last year, but this year it was successfully held.
The history of the new coach, "Hubert Davis," is about to begin.
The Blue Team and the White Team played a Red-White Game at UNC.
The Red and White teams played a 60-point first round, with either team scoring 30 points before switching courts for the second half.
The Blue team defeated the White team 60-45.
November 5, 2021: UNC 83-55 Elizabeth City State University (Exhibition, Wins and Losses Do Not Count)
In an exhibition (non-conference) match, UNC defeated Elizabeth City State University 83-55.
Dawson Garcia scored 17 points, the most on UNC.
That's a good start.

UNC defeated Loyola University Maryland 83-67.
Caleb Love scored 22 points and Brady Manek had 20 points.
Hubert Davis won his first official game as a coach.
November 12, 2021: UNC 94-87 Brown University
UNC defeated Brown University 94-87.
Trailing by three points, 47-50, in the first half, UNC rallied from a 72-70 deficit with 9:44 left in the second half and held on for the win.
R. J. Davis scored 26 points and Armando Bacot added 22 points.
November 16, 2021: UNC 94-83 College of Charleston
UNC defeated College of Charleston 94-83.
UNC trailed by 6 points, 36-42, in the first half, but came back in the second half to pull away.
This year's team is off to a slow start...
Armando Bacot had 24 points and Caleb Love had 22 points.
November 20, 2021: UNC 84-93 Purdue University
UNC lost to Purdue University 84-93.
It was our first loss of the season...
Dawson Garcia had 26 points and Caleb Love and R. J. Davis each had 18 points.

Caleb Love scored 22 points, Dawson Garcia had 14, and Armando Bacot had 11.

UNC defeated Georgia Tech 79-62!
R. J. Davis scored 23 points and Caleb Love had 17.
December 11, 2021: UNC 80-63 Elon University
UNC defeated Elon University 80-63.
Caleb Love scored 22 points and Dawson Garcia had 22 points in the win.
December 14, 2021: UNC 74-61 Furman University
UNC defeated Furman University 74-61.
Dawson Garcia had 20 points and 10 rebounds and Armando Bacot had 14 points and 12 rebounds!

UNC lost 69-98 to the University of Kentucky.
The reason for the loss was that UNC made just 1 of 13 3-point attempts (7.69% success rate)...

UNC defeated Appalachian State University 70-50!
Armando Bacot had 16 points and 10 rebounds and R. J. Davis had 15 points.
January 2, 2022: UNC 91-65 Boston College
UNC defeated Boston College 91-65.
Caleb Love had 22 points and Armando Bacot had 18 points and 11 rebounds.

January 5, 2022: UNC 73-78 University of Notre Dame
UNC lost to University of Notre Dame 73-78.
Trailing by four at the end of the first half, 35-39, and up 67-66 with 3:28 left in the second half, UNC lacked shooting prowess in clutch time.
It hurt that starting 5 Dawson Garcia was sidelined with a concussion, and six-man players Kerwin Walton and Justin McCoy with COVID-19.
We hope to win the next game with a full team!
January 8, 2022: UNC 74-58 University of Virginia
UNC defeated the University of Virginia 74-58.
Against the University of Virginia, we had lost 7 in a row and were happy to stop it!
Armando Bacot had 29 points and 22 rebounds, Brady Manek had 19 points, and Caleb Love had 16 points.
Danny Green (center of photo) and Roy Williams (right in photo) were also there!
January 15, 2022: UNC 88-65 Georgia Tech
UNC had a convincing 88-65 win over Georgia Tech.
Armando Bacot had 29 points and 12 rebounds, R. J. Davis had 21, Caleb Love 14, and Brady Manek 11.
January 18, 2022: UNC 57-85 University of Miami
UNC lost to the University of Miami 57-85.
Overall, UNC's lack of shooting and turnovers were the main reasons for the loss.
Also, Armando Bacot was in foul trouble...

UNC lost to Wake Forest University 76-98.
UNC had an overwhelming 23-3 offensive rebounding lead, but the lack of shooting and foul trouble hurt them.
Coping with poor flow is an urgent issue!
January 24, 2022: UNC 78-68 Virginia Tech
UNC snapped its losing streak at two with a 78-68 win over Virginia Tech!
All five UNC starters scored 10 or more points, with UNC's highest scorer, Caleb Love, scoring 22 points and dishing out 5 assists.
January 26, 2022: UNC 58-47 Boston College
UNC defeated Boston College 58-47.
Caleb Love scored 16 points and R. J. Davis had 13 in the win.

UNC defeated the University of Louisville 90-83 in overtime.
It was a close, sweaty game, but we managed to win!
All five starters scored in double figures, led by Brady Manek's 24 points!

UNC lost to Duke University 67-87.
We lost because we were outscored at the start of the game and our defense wasn't working...

Tied 77-77 with 3.1 seconds left in the second half, Brady Manek's layup won it for UNC and we held on!

Caleb Love scored 18 points, Armando Bacot had 17 points and 14 rebounds, R. J. Davis had 16 points, and Brady Manek had 16 points.

UNC defeated the University of Virginia 63-43.
Brady Manek had 21 points, Armando Bacot had 10 points and 11 rebounds, and Caleb Love had 10 points.

UNC lost to Virginia Tech 59-72.
Poor 3-point shooting and ineffective defense were the main reasons for the loss...

March 17, 2022: UNC 95-63 Marquette University
In our first game of the NCAA Tournament, UNC defeated Marquette University 95-63.
Brady Manek had 28 points and 11 rebounds, Caleb Love had 23 points, and Armando Bacot had 17 points and 10 rebounds.
Our next NCAA Tournament opponent is defending champion Baylor University!

March 19, 2022: UNC 93-86 Baylor University
In the second round of the NCAA Tournament, UNC defeated Baylor University 93-86.
UNC was down by 25 points going into overtime, but managed to pull out the win.
It is a big win against the defending champion Baylor University!
R. J. Davis scored 30 points, Brady Manek added 26 points, and Armando Bacot had 15 points and 12 rebounds.

UNC defeated UCLA 73-66.
Caleb Love had 30 points, Armando Bacot had 14 points and 15 rebounds, Brady Manek had 13 points and 8 rebounds, and R. J. Davis had 12 points and 7 rebounds.

UNC advances to the Final Four (semifinals) of the NCAA Tournament, and next up is the fateful game against Duke University!

Caleb Love scored 28 points, R. J. Davis had 18 points, Brady Manek had 14 points, and Armando Bacot had 11 points and 21 rebounds.
