2021 B.LEAGUE Finals were held on May 29, May 30, and June 1, with a maximum of three games played on a two-game first-come, first-served basis.
Chiba Jets, who finished second in the East Division, and Utsunomiya Brex, who finished first in the East Division, played at the Yokohama Arena, Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan.
Game 1 on May 29, 2021: Chiba Jets 85-65 Utsunomiya Brex
In the first game on May 29, 2021, Chiba Jets defeated Utsunomiya Brex 85-65.
At the end of the first half, Chiba Jets had a one-point lead over Utsunomiya Brex 36-35.
By the end of the third quarter, Chiba Jets had extended their lead to 11 points, 57-46.
Chiba Jets kept the momentum going in the 4th quarter, winning by 20 points.
Game 2 on May 30, 2021: Chiba Jets 59-83 Utsunomiya Brex
In the second game on May 30, 2021, Chiba Jets lost to Utsunomiya Brex 59-83.
Chiba Jets were down by 20 points, 32-52, at the end of the first half, and maintained the lead throughout the second half, losing by 24 points.
Utsunomiya Brex got revenge for the previous game, and B.LEAGUE Final will be decided in Game 3.
Game 3 on June 1, 2021: Chiba Jets 71-62 Utsunomiya Brex
In the third game on June 1, 2021, Chiba Jets defeated the 71 Utsunomiya Brex team 71-62.
The game was tied 35-35 at the end of the first half, and 50-50 at the end of the third quarter.
In the fourth quarter, it was still a toss-up as to who would win until the end, but Chiba Jets pushed through at the last minute to win the game.
Sebastian Saiz (#22) of Chiba Jets was named the Championship MVP, and Yuki Togashi (#2) of Chiba Jets was named the "Nippon Seimei Final Award" for his impressive performance throughout the three games of B.LEAGUE Final.
